By using KuzmichAI, available as @KuzmichAIBot on Telegram, you agree to these Terms.

Description

KuzmichAI is an AI-powered personal assistant in Telegram. It is provided as-is.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by local law if higher.

Acceptable Use

Do not use KuzmichAI to violate laws, harass people, generate spam or malware, reverse-engineer the service, or impersonate others.

AI Limitations

AI may produce incorrect information. Do not rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions. Always verify independently.

Google Calendar Integration

By connecting Google Calendar, you authorize access as described in the Privacy Policy. Disconnect at any time via /google disconnect.

Intellectual Property

KuzmichAI and its content are owned by the operator. You retain ownership of your content.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend access for Terms violations.

Limitation of Liability

KuzmichAI is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Pricing

KuzmichAI is currently free. If paid features are introduced, you will be notified in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We will notify you via Telegram before significant changes. Continued use means acceptance.
